The staff was super nice and thorough. Everyone ensured my comfort at this facility as well as answered all of my questions and concerns. I never experienced a wait time before any of my appointments. The front of office staff was super helpful when it came to scheduling any new appointments and answering questions over the phone. Dr. Rubinoff and his staff we kind, knowledgeable and professional. I've never had periodontal work done before and they took time to explain the process and procedure which brought calmness to the situation. If we need any more dental work done, we will definitely be coming back to Top Gum!

I was so nervous to schedule this appointment after my regular dentist referred me, as I'm kind of a dental "chicken". But from the first day I scheduled, throughout my consultation and treatment all of the office staff and doctor put me at ease. I worried needlessly, and wished i had made my appointment sooner! So pleased with this office and am glad my Dentist recommended Dr. Craig Rubinoff and his team to me. They are very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I felt at ease in their care and appreciated Dr. Rubinoff's calming presence. A day at the periodontist can be daunting and anxiety-inducing but they made me feel right at home and I appreciated that he is an an "alarmist".
