Meet the Staff
Wanda – Financial and Insurance Coordinator
Wanda is a San Diego native whose family goes back seven generations in this area. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Wanda has been married 52 years and they have three children. During the summer Wanda and her husband enjoy playing tennis and going to the beach. In the winter you can find them with their family in the desert with their motor home and toys.
Tracy – Treatment Coordinator
Tracy is a San Diego Native and has been in the dental field for 24 years. She has two beautiful daughters and a wonderful son-in-law. In the summer Tracy loves going to the beach, boogie boarding and sailing. In the winter she is an avid desert rat.

Laura, RDA - Surgical Assistant
Laura moved to San Diego over 15 years ago from Salt Lake City, Utah and has worked in the dental field for more than 22 years. She has contributed time to the homeless clinic for families in Salt Lake. She recently moved to Rancho Bernardo with her cute little Jack Russell terrier Zoe. Laura likes to cook, rollerblade, and try to golf (still taking lessons; she loves challenges in her work and at home).
Antonella – Surgical Assistant
Antonella is the newest addition to our dental team. She first came to Dr. Rubinoff as a patient while in dental assisting school. She enjoyed her experience as a patient so much that she applied to become an intern for the office. After joining the team as an intern she fell in love with the practice and knew she was in the right place. In turn the practice fell in love with her and offered her a full-time position as a surgical assistant. Needless to say it was a dream come true! Antonella was born in Switzerland and raised in Italy. She loves to cook and ride the trails on her mountain bike. When she is not busy pursuing her career, she enjoys spending time with her three most favorite people in the world: her two kids Claudia and Isaias and her significant other Jin.
Dennis, RDH – Hygienist
Dennis graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Physical Education and Biology. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California. He has spent 17 years in general and periodontal practices. Dennis enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife Kelly and his boys Michael and Ryan.
